Bicentennial Arts Contest

On Oct.16, 2017 The Capital City Area Transit System (CATS) and The Red Stick Project announced the winners of the Red Stick Bicentennial Art contest. The contest was in collaboration with The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and the Division of Fine Arts of EBR Schools.
